Ballet Bars Online Return Policy
 
STANDARD RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may submit a request for return or exchange of new and unused items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
 
Eligible items must be returned in their original packaging (including all provided hardware) with a copy of your paid invoice.  The original packaging protects the merchandise during return shipping.  
 
Claims or return requests received after 30 calendar days and/or are not in their original packaging and in new condition are not eligible for return, exchange or replacement.  
 
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Inspect your package(s) immediately upon delivery!  If your items arrived damaged or defective you may submit a claim for replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery.  Photos of the original packaging plus the damaged/defective item are required for review. 
 
Claims for damaged/defective items received after 7 days and/or that do not include photos of original packaging plus the defective product will be denied.

RETURN/CLAIM PROCESS
Submit a Claim or Return/Exchange Request to support@balletbarsonline.com with proof of purchase (invoice number, date of purchase, name on order and delivery address) and reason for return/exchange.  
 
If your return/exchange is authorized, we will e-mail you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) with a return shipping label and further instructions for your return.   
Once an RMA approval is issued the item(s) must be returned within 7 days to qualify for a refund or replacement.  Merchandise returned after 7 days are not eligible for a refund/replacement.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
Once your returned item(s) is received it will be inspected.  Items that have been installed and/or are not in new re-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.  
 
Items in new condition will receive a full refund less the return shipping costs.  Original shipping is non-refundable.  Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 days of inspection.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Once an order is placed it is immediately processed. Unless due to the manufacturer’s error, cancellations or changes to orders will incur a re-stocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accept any returns from buyers outside the USA.

WARRANTY
Your product has a 10 year structural warranty. In the event that your barre or brackets are proven defective within 10 years of purchase, we will exchange or repair it at our expense. This is only a structural warranty and does not cover cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, water damage or expected wear and tear. This warranty is void if the buyer did not follow installation guidelines and/or if the Ballet Bars Online label has been removed.

Ballet Bars Online reserves the right to change or modify the return policy at any time.
